Hi everyone,

well the sunshine over the Bank Holiday bought out the crowds and we were very busy at Barley Wood Walled garden. Visitors to the Ethicurean Restaurant who knew nothing about the Art Trail wandered across to see us too.

Just wanted to announce there has been a slight change in plan so I won't be there today, Tuesday 7th May but will be there tomorrow, wednesday and this saturday coming and don't forget all the workshops at Venue 22 are closed this thursday.

it seems I've been offline for I'm not sure how long but problem is now solved. Nothing to do with CREATE, my website hosts I hasten to add.

Anyway now I can tell you about my up and coming involvement with North Somerset Arts Week, starting this Friday May 2nd.  Once again I will be showing with Touchmark Guild. This time our venue is the lovely Barley Wood Walled Garden at Wrington. As well as several workshops with different artists /craftspeople there is the amazing Ethicurian Restaurant. It could be a great day out, have lunch, grab some culture, maybe even have some retail therapy, ohh and theres a treasure trail to win a piece of art from your favourite artist in North Somerset. Great way to spend the bank Holiday or pop in later its on till 12th May. details below,

Last week I delivered some of my new work to Shakspeare Glass at their Langport Gallery.

All this nature watching has resulted in some very colourful patterns appearing on my work but the shapes are much more simplified. I am very pleased with the results, if you like them pop along to Langport, Shakspeare Glass are open over Easter and Will will be demonstrating Glass blowing. @shakspeareglass
