Hi everyone,

not much news this month. Like most people I have been enjoying the good weather, although as I speak its pouring with rain and claps of thunder can be heard close by. Looking on the bright side, I guess that must mean theres a rainbow somewhere near.

The hot spell meant I was able to get some jobs done in the garden, and this time as well as being followed by a cheeky Robin I noticed a tiny Wren was taking interest in my efforts whilst foraging for food, no doubt with hungry mouths to feed close by. This has inspired me to get on with my bird collection so here is the result. Hopefully more to follow soon.

I will be having a stall this Sunday, June 8th at Hill Road Market Clevedon, come and see me from 10.30 - 3.30pm

Those of you who live anywhere in the Bristol, Bath area are sure to know Hill Road, Clevedon, a superb shopping area full of unusual and interesting shops and cafes. Not far from the beach and the wonderful Victorian Pier, it was featured as the High Street in the recent television series Broadchurch, starring David Tennant and Olivia Colman. I narrowly missed seeing some of the filming one rainy day as I tried to shelter with a friend from the rain. We were politely asked to move as they were about to film a shot going into the doorway we were standing in. Had I known David Tennant was around I would have gladly stood in the rain to see him.  However, back to the Market.  There is a regular Food Market at Seeleys where you can buy all sorts of local produce on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
